What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? My account was hacked in ~2019, and the hackers had fishy games and were likely cheating.

My account used to be banned on battefield agency, but I successfully filed an appeal there (I think they verified IP address from sus games were different, but I appealed several years ago).

Why should we lift your ban? I am a legit (very average) player, just want to run some games occasionally.

IIRC, even though I'm green on bf4db, they said I should probably buy a new product key for bf4 and make a new account with fresh stats because of the compromised account, or lelse it's likely I'll need to appeal with each server independently (like this). I have an attachment to this ea account which is why I'd been trying not to.

When initially posting, I hadn't been banned on bf4db and BFA had a different policy for hacked accounts. But since posting, I was reported + banned -> hacked on bf4db, so new account seems like the only option.

So, I created a new account (kidhq3) and bought a new bf4 premium code from amazon.

I thought that account was still banned, but looks like this was my mistake. I got the same kick message yesterday, but I think it might've just been because I was logged in as the hacked account on chrome (server browser) while as the new account in EA App!

Played a round on the 24/7 operation locker server with no problems.
