Have you cheated before? no i have not

What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I was banned due to intentional team killing which I did not intentionally do and the reason I team killed was because I had poor internet connection/stability and the game was laggy. Sometime my teammates did not appear until the last minute and sometimes they looked like the enemy because the lag caused them not to have blue or green above them.

Why should we lift your ban? The team killing was accidental and not intentional. I will be sure to have a more stable connection when playing.

Are you sure this is accurate, and the side of the story you want to go with? That's not what this video shows?


I'll be honest with you, even if you had lag like you claim, this was still clearly intentional. It's not like the enemy is capable of sitting in your uncap like this, and the blue/green icon doesn't take a while to render in even if you have network issues. Plus you're a fresh spawn in your uncap with an ally pressed against an object for cover, which even an enemy wouldn't be able to see your ally.

Also take a look at these screenshots. This is rather ridiculous and makes it even more difficult to believe what you have to say.

So with all that being presented to you, do you understand why it's hard to take you seriously right now? Why should we bother continuing this appeal?
 
I am not trying to grief on purpose. Most of the team kills occurred on my laptop in a moving car with a hotspot from my cellphone which can have an unstable connection as well as bumps in the road and turns of the car that can make it difficult to play. Sometimes I throw grenades in the tunnel on locker and people walk in the tunnel after I throw them. I am not sure if you can track IP addresses but if you can you, it should two different ones. I am sorry and I will just play more at home so this doesn't occur. I am sorry and I will do better. I really enjoy playing on banzore servers.
 
Your claims of network lag are still inexcusable in this scenario, and truthfully are bullshit. Plus this was CLEARLY intentional because even if the pilot turned, your crosshair would be locked onto whatever you were looking at. The only way LAWDoG could've died was from you manually moving your crosshair onto him and pulling the trigger, which this is what occurred. Stop trying to provide excuses. You teamkilled him, and that's it.

Since your infraction record isn't the worst, but you won't take responsibility for something so blatantly obvious and continue to provide horrible excuses that are FAR from the truth, I will grant you one final chance to play here again. Do you understand that any future reports against you will result in a non-appealable permanent ban?
