What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I was trying to get the the deagle 44, which requires 20 headshot kills. I managed to get all 20 headshot kills plus 2 more in one game. In the next game I got perma banned for HSK. Getting headshot kills with a revolver isn't really that difficult for me, since I have a relatively low sensitivity to aim for the head. I'm not the best at it though since I have a 24.6% accuracy with it and my KDR isn't the greatest either. When I was trying to get the headshot kills I just resorted to just trying to just shoot for the head rather than the body, and if I didn't managed to get the hs kill then I would rather prefer that I die than actually get a body shot kill.

Why should we lift your ban? I was not cheating. I was just trying to complete the deagle 44 assignment and just play the game.

Thanks for reaching out about this. Please see statistics for round in question in the attached image. Statistics support your story of aiming only for the head, since you have pretty bad accuracy, KD, and kills per minute. All other game stats do not indicate any foul play at any other time.

One issue going forward may be the overall stats for the UNICA now, since your alltime stats are based on that single game. Could you please use the unica-6 normally for ~20-30 more kills to reduce the overal HSKR % on that weapon? It may trigger the automatic ban filter again, even if I were to lift the ban manually. Let us know when you get those in.

Ok will do, I’ll play a few matches tonight on different servers to get body shot kills in for the unica 6.

I will let you know later tomorrow once I have reduced the HSKR for the unica 6.
