Not Banned Ban Appeal: MrAnderson915

In-game Name MrAnderson915

Have you cheated before? No

What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I don't appear to be on any ban list, however I am getting kicked immediately after joining any BF4 Banzore server. It has maybe been a year or so since last playing BF4 but I was a regular on the server in the past. I have never been kicked off any server in the past.

Why should we lift your ban? Again I was a regular player in the past so not sure why I am getting kicked now.

Kick reason (from Battlelog) I don't appear to have the option to join via Battlelog even after installing Firefox and IE.

I have checked and verified that I am not banned at https://bf4db.com Yes

I have checked and verified that I am not banned at https://battlefield.agency Yes

There are no active bans that I can identify either on our servers or through any anti-cheat databases.

Please try connecting to the server using Battlelog to get a detailed kick message. I will provide instructions for you on how to do so with some tips to follow:

  1. Make sure the EA App is open and Battlefield 4 is closed.
  2. Go to https://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4 and log into your account.
  3. Once logged in, proceed to the Multiplayer tab and select Server Browser.
  4. Search for BZ in the server name filter under the dropdown labeled Search For Servers.
  5. Join one of the BZ servers and play until you get kicked. Once kicked, you should see a detailed kick message at the bottom of the page in a red banner explaining the reason for your kick.
Feel free to come back here with any other questions. I'd be happy to assist you further if needed.

Thank you for the prompt reply! I searched around the forums a bit and saw other folks with similar issues. I figured out I just needed to update my PB anti cheat and now I'm able to access the servers without any problems. Thanks again!
