What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I don't know exactly why I was banned. I just joined the server, liked it, and played, and the next day I was banned.

I never used anything, I never cheated, and I don't approve of any kind of outside use.

On the https://battlefield.agency/ website, it says I'm banned. I contacted EA and they told me the issue has been fixed. I make my Discord (offDidigo) and PC available for any kind of screening.

Why should we lift your ban? I like playing on the server, it's one of the few hardcore servers online

So you would be correct when you say you are banned at Battlefield Agency. If you're not already aware, Battlefield Agency is a third-party service that our servers use, and we enforce their banlist. You would need to successfully appeal your ban with Battlefield Agency before you can rejoin our servers again. Start that process by joining their Discord using the link provided below.

I contacted them, but I didn't know it was outsourced.
I also didn't know about the policies. The ban was placed according to the rules, no problem.
I'm sad I didn't know sooner; I hate breaking the rules. Anyway, thanks for your attention.
