Why should we lift your ban? I don't understand why I was banned, maybe I said some things while I was tilted but I'm new to this game and it frustrates me to be good sometimes I just want to improve

I can enter all the servers and it doesn't take me out but I want to play tdm (not hardcore) and the server doesn't appear that's why I think I'm banned or something like that because it doesn't appear in battlelog either.

BZ13, our core TDM server, is currently down at the moment. I do not have any updates as to when that server will be back online, but should be returning soon. We did not purposely take it offline, and will be operational as soon as one of our senior admins gets around to addressing the issue.
