What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I don't even know how to cheat or hack in any game in general. I also don't flame or argue in chat at all. I guess it's possible I broke a rule unknowingly. I only realized this week that some servers have rules that aren't automatically enforced. Other than that, I have no clue when or why I was banned.

Why should we lift your ban? I'm a good team player and conduct myself with sportsmanship. I love playing this game and follow the rules once I'm aware of any. Anything I might have done wasn't intentional. Just here to have fun.

Something is very Fucky here and I do not know what... I am not seeing you as banned on our servers. Clean on bf4db, but you don't show up on BA at all, You also don't show up correctly in our server log either, shows you as never have joined and being level 0. No punkbuster GUID either. I'll have to have Neo help me on this one.

In the meanwhile, can you send me a screenshot from battlelog what its saying when it boots you?

Hey there guys, was this picked up by BFA? I had my account hacked about a year ago after I had stopped playing and am finding out today that it got me banned across a bunch of servers. I've never had any issues before this and trying to track down how I got flagged as cheating has been a nightmare. Any idea how I can get that cleaned or address the cheating flag that my account has now? I'm a working dad of 3 kids and have no idea how to even start cheating at this game. All I want to do is be able to play in my downtime.

Sorry, reading through this on my phone. Looks like it was BFA? Did the ban happen something like 8-10 months ago or was it more recent like in the past week?

This is indeed a ban from BFA. My recommendation would be to use the link Assault provided, join their discord and attempt to appeal it.

Awesome, thank you for getting back to me! I'm in the middle of troubleshooting with them right now and they confirmed my account got hacked at some point. If they restore my standing will your server ban be lifted automatically?
