What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I'm not honestly sure, I've had problems with Punkbuster on my computer not running correctly and stopping me from joining servers but I recently got it fixed by trying a ton of different stuff and it took about a week to actually get it working. The only thing I can think is that it might of trigger the ban system because I kept trying to join when I was testing or just trying to play on your server specifically or any other. Additionally, I'd like to add that the Punkbuster is perfectly fine with joining any other server.

Why should we lift your ban? It's unjust, I mean if there is a honest reason I understand, but I don't cheat. I think it was just a mess-up in the Punkbuster not working correctly.

Looks like you're banned by Punkbuster. Some servers do not enforce punkbuster bans, but we do.

Not much that I can do for you unfortunately. The ban lacks a lot of information as well, so I do not know if you're able to appeal yours specifically through them.
