What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I consider beerus flying in my direction with a undetectable weapon system a provacation. Viper with TV should not apply to this rule unless on pad. He did not have a gunner to use tv but i can only assume he did. I was damaged and out in the open.

Why should we lift your ban? trying to keep a clean slate.
