That's my original account, I received a PunkBuster ban shortly after I built a new pc, I tried updating / re-installing to no avail. Reached out to PunkBuster on their website evenbalance.com to find out they no longer offer support.

That ban on your original account is being applied to any additional accounts you create. We do not have control over these bans, you'd need to successfully appeal it before you would be able to play on our servers again.

I already went through that entire process, there is no response coming back because the service is not supported. I do no not have a singular stat that is questionable. I have never cheated, I am willing to provide you with whatever evidence to remedy this issue.

As stated above, we do not have control over the bans issued upon your account by the anticheat services above. We also are unable to whitelist.
Your best bet is to follow the prompts and attempt to appeal with them again.
