Have you cheated before? Neither of us have.

What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? We were banned due to my stupidity, I was Johns gunner and decided that I should scout their main with a tv guided and was unfortunately blind of my lack of mousepad space - this had caused the unprovoked uncap attack which had got us banned. I think that I could improve on this, and John is innocent in this case as he was only flying and had no real part in my attack aside from being in the same vehicle as me. He shouldn't have been banned IMO.

Why should we lift your ban? I have learned my lesson in that I shouldn't' use the TV guided missiles to scout their main, genuinely this was accidental as I had ran out of mouse pad space when trying to drag the missile away, which is why the missile hit the explosives next to them and not them directly.

If you don't target enemy uncap, you don't run the risk of making a mistake. Locking vehicles while they are still in uncap is not tolerated, unless they have already shot out.
The 3D temporary bans will remain in effect. It would be in your best interests to thoroughly review our rules whilst you both wait. Subsequent bans will be much longer in length.
