What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? As I noted in the in-game chat, I was shooting at the TV missile that the boat, that he had just bombed, launched at him. Unbeknownst to me at the time, he did get a kill-assist but not before that boat got one off. The missile keeps traveling even after death. I honestly don't know if I was successful in shooting it down, but he was dead if I hadn't accidently teamkilled him. If you will rewatch the video, you can hear an explosion right when he dies... I believe that is the tv missile as typically shooting down a jet doesn't make that sound when finished off by the aa gun, but tv missiles do. I barely even grazed him, as his health was so low, he was beeping. When the AA gun is hitting the jet, it makes a recognizable sound that is barely there, if at all.
Again, it was not intentional, and I apologize.

Why should we lift your ban? It was a complete accident. I do not like him, but I have not been intentionally tking him. Besides, I know he records, so I wouldn't teamkill him on purpose anyway. It honestly doesn't make sense either cause there was nothing being said in the chat between us, or about me, to instigate a teamkill from me.

I will give you the benefit of the doubt here knowing that the boat in question was present shortly before the teamkill occurred based on the video evidence that I had seen. It's very likely that the boat did fire a TV missile, which I'm well aware can be destroyed with the AA and saw you mention that in the chat logs. Just understand that lately you haven't had a very good record with us regarding recent reports and the punishments issued have all been valid.

This will be the only time I will lift the ban early. Any subsequent reports or auto punishments will stick. Please be SIGNIFICANTLY more cautious about your actions as you clearly have many eyes watching you.

For what it is worth, that last one with Hasse (I forget his name, the Swedish guy) was a stupid mistake on my part. I almost always blow up the bombs towards my spawn, and I didn't look around before shooting. I was to his front-left side out if his view. I shot at the bomb, and as it hit he came into my view. I know it is done over with, I'm just saying something cause it was stupid accident and I don't hate the guy, contrary to what he said. I barely ever play with his group and have never had any issues with him before, that I am aware of. Besides being high-ping maybe, but that doesn't warrant a negative response from me. So I don't know why he thinks I hate them.
