What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? i really don't understand why you banned me and perma ban for chat? cold killer. i cannot say black men? really? i didn't insulte black men and i will never do. no sense, really- in spanish/italian i didn't do blatant racism. do you speak italian/spanish? if you do ok tell me when i spoke eith radcism in my words, just tell me. Never racist, never. so please for other member, unban me the chat, it's a funny game and time to relax with people. If you hear people like Balloonhands who filled 3 report in a raw where we are going to be? Come on, i' will wait for you reply! 'negro' in italian and spanish is 'BLACK' no you perma banned me for have said a colour, not racism, but a colour. remember

Why should we lift your ban? it's a funny game and time to relax with people chatting and have fun with each other like old days. i really have fun with people telling me 'bad words' always for fun and have fun with each other so unban me from the chat please. i can accept the ban for 7 days , even if you did for a MISUNDERSTANDING!! You banned me for a classic colour, like if i said Yellow, come on guys. if you want ok , i won't say anymore any colour even yellow, red, and blue and i mean this. I am sorry for this misunderstanding because it is. We are here to relax and chill with other buddy so why i cannot chat anymore? it is a important thing tipying with each other for laugh together and make fun of each others, come on guys

just read the chats and tell me what i wrote later when i was explaining what i said. i was very calm about the ban because i wasn't racist at all but now i found a ban and a perma ban for chat, it' s ridicolous guys, really. I am really sorry but it's a shame this. i was even explaining everything to others and the person who reported me left the chat because he knows he did a bad thingh and nosense. If you really read the chat you can read even other players take my part against Balloonhands and his behaviour with reports. so i was realy calm until i saw the ban. So put your hand on your conscience
 
if with this misunderstanding you interpreted my word with racism and i indirectly circumvented the rules without doing it on purpose i really say sorry but i didn't want to be racist at all. how i can be racist even with myself?

We have a zero tolerance policy here for racism or politics. Your attempts to also hide the racism by speaking in Italian also didn't work out for you as I caught on to your message. Also with your reasoning for the entire situation, it's clear that you have no respect for our no racism rule and try justifying what is acceptable based on your alleged skin color.

You have a 7 day temp ban. You will also be receiving a permanent chat mute for the racism/filter evasion. Since you also have an atrocious record with us for rule violations, this will be your final warning. The next automatic server punishment or report will result in a permanent ban from our servers. are serious? like i wrote in every game! read the dates. 13 april and 2 may! i is it racism? really? even for today, i have not said N words! I haven't had any warning so i need a second chance if you think this! For today i insert the screenshot you took when ,like i said earlier, i was calm and i didn't do anything racist. you have the proof now about my behaviour. if in the past i said once the n word, i made a mistake ok and i didn't know in USA is banned! so for one word i didn't know was banned and i say sorry but you mute me permanently, it is UNFAIR! you are telling me about 'Negri frosci' but, do you know what negri frosci means? if you know just tell me, it's all but not a racism thing! You are not italian neither Sardo like me who lives ion sardinia and we have our language. i repeat: i didn't do anything racist! if you are telling me this, i will not even say any colour in no language but don't mute me please, it's a promise. i hadn't had any warning so i need a second chance!

it's a discrimination this in my opinion. Just give me this warning and i won't do it again. i DID NOT get any warning and i didn't mean anything racist! But since your rules are very very strict i will not write any colour so i won't get muted for life. Just give me a second chance, i deserve it to be honest. i was even explaining in the screenshot that i didn't do anything! Just give me the second chance, if i will do it again (which is impossible becuse i won't do it again) i will take my permanent chat mute. But today i deserve a second chance because of my honesty and understanding your rules even saying i am sorry about this misunderstanding
 
It's clear you lack the proper understanding of what filter evasion is. By sitting there typing out stuff like "nig" or negro when there's a bunch of racist bait taking place, we will take action for the racism. The chat filter may have a few variations of racial slurs, but doesn't contain every possible variation. This is where we come into play and punish for it.

There is no discrimination taking place here. You broke our rules, we investigated a recent report against you, and found sufficient evidence that reinforces our disciplinary actions.
 
i attached even this file because i want to explain even to you! Negrita are a very popular band in Italy and for joke we say you are 'negro' like 'negrita fan'. since i don't like them i say 'negro' to other player because the are very annoying. In sardo, my other language from Sardinia 'negro' is not racist, it means 'pork' . so you muted me for what? i just want to know right now

no you didn't and i gave you with the last message and screenshot my point of view. You don't want to give me a second chance, i don't know why. I made a mistake the first time in april ok, i said sorry 3 times but here is getting ridicolous... i explained everything i could
