What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I bought a bf4 account(St-4li) from sameone and this account was banned from banzore servers the first reason why I prefer to buy from someone is I didn't want to develop the game account like I didn't want it to start from level 1 and the second reason is the game was $40 when I want it to buy and this guy sold me on $15 I gave him a item in different game which is worth $15 and he gave me his origin account and then I try to join banzore servers but I couldn't join it because the account that I bought is banned from banzore servers and I came to the discord server to learn what's going on and some of your admins told me what to do and here I am :D my new account nickname is Tekel2001 and the old account nickname is St-4li

Why should we lift your ban? I bought an account from someone and that account was banned on banzore servers but i didn't know about it and then after a little cursing at the person who sold me the account i bought a new account this time i bought it from steam and that account was automatically banned from banzore servers

Thanks for reaching out. A couple last questions regarding this situation. When did you purchase & log in to the account St-4li? Do you know the location of where the previous owner has played from that account?
 
I purchase the account at 01/05/2023 as I remember but I'm not really sure because I purchase by giving a item in different game(knight online) and I have no idea where he lives.
 
I will need more information in regards to the previous owner. Looking into it, it appears that your current IP and location has been logging into the St-4li account for over a year.
 
IP's check out and match historical data on the account. However, there are a couple of things that disagree with your story of purchasing the account.

I'll start off with the most amusing, being that your new account is named Tekel, which is a Turkish tobacco company. The account St-4li was active in Turkey from 5-8 years ago as of the current date. Perhaps an odd coincidence.

The second is that the gameplay style on the account St-4li has not changed since it's "purchase." The account has always been mainly used to play vehicles, and the servers / playstyle has not changed. Since your purchase date of or around 01/05/2023. From the data of the games below, the average stats & usage of attach helicopters and tanks is very consistent.

The last oddity is that the account did not change IP's or locations at or around 01/05/2023. However, the account changed from Turkey -> Newyork 5 years ago, and changed from Newyork to your current location at or around April of 2021. Since April of 2021, this account has been consistently logged in from the same ISP / IP addresses, which corresponds to the consistent gameplay style on the account from that time to current day.

Lastly, the ban was handed out on Jan 2, 2022 5:25:26 pm, which is within that timespan of the account being played from the same location as it is today.

This is what I have been able to see on my end, and it just isn't seeming to match your story very well in some parts, and not at all in others. If this is originally your account and this is all a fabricated story, please come clean so we can move forward with the appeal process. Your first mistake. You got ripped off boyo. We don't like account sharing round these parts. It's a dumb thing to do, Kinda like sharing needles or having unprotected rear end procreative activities. You share this account with all accounts you have moving forward. You dun fucked up!
That being said, not reversing this ban because the account in question whether it is you or not is banned for a reason.
