What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? In ~2018 after not playing battlefield for years I started trying again on PC and my lvl 112 had been PunkBuster GUID permabanned when I tried to play for the first time after the break. I went back and forth with EvenBalance for months and ultimately they told me they would not provide any evidence or reasoning why as it was against their policy, told me to buy another CD key, and closed the ticket. I waited a few months after this but ultimately caved and started a new account and played on there since 2019 accruing 27 hours on Banzore and 80+ hours total, currently at lvl 80.
This December I finally got a new PC and a couple weeks ago tried my original account, hoping maybe my ban was something related to that old PC as I know PunkBuster can get tripped up from various software and hardware configurations like the Origin overlay. Unfortunately I couldn't play still so I sent in another appeal to EvenBalance, haven't heard anything, and went back to use my second account that I have used since 2019. Trying to log into the Banzore Hardcore Metro/Locker/Pearl server I've played on for years, I got kicked for the message of a PB ban detected. Asking on Discord I was told my account had been 'hard linked' to another account, presumably my original account.
Why should we lift your ban? I fully believe the original ban was false. Its a known problem with PunkBuster/EvenBalance refuses to acknowledge anything regarding it or at this point, even answer tickets as I've found with multiple attempts to reach out.
Both of my accounts have similar not-amazing stats that show a history of honest play for 200+ hours and 9000 kills. Both maintain a ~1.0 K/D, 266/239 score, and the same guns used with the same results in score.
All DB's I've been able to check (Battlelog, PBBans, 24/7 Fairplay, BF4DB, battlefield.agency, banzore's bf4 stats) show I've got no bans on either account minus the original account's PB GUID and BF4DB says 0% cheater on both accounts if its tracker carries any merit.
I would be happy to clarify any details and provide any information I can to assist with this. I've got years of clean playtime on BanZore and would like to get back into it as 2042 just doesn't hold up to hardcore 4 but checking my original account's status after this new PC got built apparently flagged my second account's ability to play.
