What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? Per the banzore database, I was banned for Intentional Teamgriefing. During a match of operation locker I was hard-scoping a hallway with a DMR, through unfortunate timing I ended up accidentally killing multiple teammates when they ran in front of me. I understand team-killing negatively affects other players, it was not intentional whatsoever.

Why should we lift your ban? The team kills were unintentional, I will likely no longer use a hard-scoping playstyle due to the increased risk of unintentional team-killing.

Kick reason (from Battlelog) Unknown, battlelog gives me error messages when attempting to connect. (Could not launch game. Please make sure it's installed correctly.)
