What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? The last time I played BF4 was Oct 2022. I was able to play on all of my favorite servers. However, when I reinstalled the game on Feb 2024, I always got kicked when I tried to connect to Banzore servers. So technically I'm not "banned", but I might as well be since I am perpetually unable to join the server.

Why should we lift your ban? I've not conducted myself in an inappropriate way and I've not used any cheats. I swear this with my right hand on the Bible.

Kick reason (from Battlelog) "Could not launch game. Please make sure it's installed correctly." (Battlelog never works for me, probably because I play on steam now)

We basically never manually kick people, so if you're seeing that message while on our servers theres a 99% chance it was an automated system, in this case the system that detects VPNs.
