What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I used a map Glitch in Dawnbreaker. I did not realize it could get me banned.

Why should we lift your ban? It wont happen again.

Kick reason (from Battlelog) Error Could not launch game. Please make sure it's installed correctly. (But in game it said Banned: Dawnbreaker Map Glitch)

We at bZ do not tolerate such map glitches. You are no longer welcome to play on our servers.
It shouldn't have happened in the first place, especially after you received a written warning.

Understood. Your server, your rules. But I don't recall any written warning, just an after-the-fact admonishment from the guy from DB clan guy who reported me (the screenshots are in reverse order, and were later that day, in a different map).
