What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? not entirely sure just randomly got kicked and banned from the server with no retort or evidence brought to me

Why should we lift your ban? there is a lack of justice and legal courtly respect given, i was given the same respect as a pedophile in prison in this case.

Based on the manner in which my case has been handled, I assert that I am entitled to either a jury trial or a dismissal of the charges. I was not given the opportunity to retain legal counsel of my choosing and was instead appointed an attorney without my input. This lack of due process has directly impacted the outcome of my trial, and I seek appropriate legal remedy.
