What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I was playing on a new account that I made, named "vwvwvwvwvwvc" to try to have better server stats on it, I was getting a lot of kills very quickly and slithering. It probably looked suspect but if I had been playing on this account then it would look more normal.

Why should we lift your ban? I was not cheating or hacking in any way, I was just using a new account. This server is the only way I enjoy playing BF4. If it's against server rules to play on a "smurf" then I didn't know that and won't do it again.

Your story checks out, your main account appears to be clean as does your alt. Additionally, we don't prohibit smurf/alt accounts but the automated anticheat looks at the overall stats of your account and in this case, for a new account, it appears your KPM was excessively high. I have removed your ban but being that it's a low level account, I can't promise that it won't happen again.
