This player failed to mention that they were firing out of the uncap, along with 2 others who had mortars. They were mortared back when they lit up firing well behind the bridge. This had been going on all game. As I understood it, if someone fires out we can fire back. I have no problems not attacking the uncap but players that sit back in the back of the uncap on Pearl Market launching mortars and ucavs (this is a daily occurance) should be free game to fire on.

Why should we lift your ban? Because I never fired randomly in the uncap. It was only if someone fired out. When the mortars lit up I would fire at them. When the player lit up I would fire at them.

If you knowingly attack uncap, you need to make sure you're within the rules. If you don't engage uncap, you don't run the risk of being in violation.
You jumped the gun, you fired a mortar into uncap and got an unlucky lucky kill. As per the video, there is not a mortar near the player who reported you, when he spawned in there was but as soon as he moved positions there was nothing.

Not a problem but you can bet the next time he fires out it will be on video. It's kind of ridiculous that they fire out like that and no one can do anything to stop them.

If you just wait for them to fire out, they would be fair game. Have some patience or deal with the consequences.

Id say half the game with them firing out was long enough but rules are rules. Next time he does it will be on video and then you can deal with him. Or, you could login when P{earl Market is playing and see for yourself how much fun it is.
