Ban for Glitching - Help

hello my nick is in bf4 K3V3DO ... I would ask to remove my ban in BanZore.com server 24/7 Hardcore Metro / Op Locker # 1200, tickets because I was banned for being glitch that gave spawn on a beacon that was on the mountain Please ... I beg to withdraw my ban ...
