As I type, I am in a meeting with 7 people in 3 different locations to discuss potential litigation. We have been meeting for months and each meeting we discuss almost the exact, same thing. A couple of the people only got involved in the project recently, but they have all sorts of ideas what happened two years ago when they were working for a different company or in a different division. My only recourse is to get on the forums and post or check email.
