BZ11 & other servers closed?

I've seen a few BZ servers disappear from BF4 but can't find anything about it on the forums. I have no filter and they were removed from my favorites.
I can't find the following servers:
BZ1
BZ8
BZ11
BZ12
BZ13

BZ11 (24/7 Shanghai) was my regular server. Are these servers gone permanently?

possible down from ddos when you looked, bad filters on your end, restarting or other reasonings. But mostly of they are up and running.

Do you see them within the game or in Battlelog though? BZ11 has had "17 players" every time I've checked, and the graph looks like no one has joined in 24 hours.
