BZ5 keeps kicking everyone out??

While BZ13 remains offline, I've been hitting BZ5 again. In the last ten minutes, it has kicked everyone out of the server at least three times. Kinda hard to get a rhythm going here. Is it a config issue? Punkbuster problem? It's weird because the server isn't crashing - the match is still in progress when I log back in again. But, everyone in the game gets kicked out at the same time.
