Can't fix no ping issue. BF4 turned on for firewall, and no vpn.

I need help from someone as to why I am constantly kicked for no ping. I have enabled BF4 for Private and Public networks on my firewall. I am not using a VPN yet the game will not register my ping even though it will on LITERALLY everything else I play. Discord shows 50ms avg. Someone help as getting kicked by admin every 5 minutes for no ping is beyond annoying when all I'm trying to do is enjoy BF4 with the bros.
TIA
~Wyatt

is it because VPN or Punkbuster??

I am not using a VPN, and I have already fixed the kicked by Punkbuster issue setting the service PnkBstrA, and PnkBstrB to Restart the service if they fail to open. The issue is I get about 5 minutes of playtime before I am kicked for no ping. Everywhere else that I look at my ping I am averaging 50 or less. This is only an issue with this game.

BF4 is also allowed through the firewall for both Public and Private networks as advised by another player. Still 5 minutes later kicked for no ping even though everywhere else shows me my ping.

Well you better make sure, because if you dont have any software it must be you internet provider

ISP I personally believe has nothing to do with it. All ports are forwarded and nothing is being blocked/whitelisted. The game plus every other game I have runs and plays fine with no latency or issues of the sort. Like I've explained this is the ONLY game where my ping doesn't appear. Just annoying because I'd like to be able to play the server for more than 5 minutes without getting kicked.

Do you happen to have a WiFi hotspot on your phone that you could try using? Even if it's laggy it might allow you to diagnose if it's your ISP that is giving you the issue or your settings on your PC. I noticed you also said that BF4 is allowed through your firewall but have you also tried disabling your firewall entirely? Maybe there is some kind of program or service that you're not noticing that is still being blocked by your firewall.

Depends on the network architecture your ISP uses. If you're on fiber or DSL then this should not be an issue.

Comcast/Xfinity tends to have problems because Comcast/Xfinity is an amalgamation of smaller ISP companies many of whom used cable with a terminator at one end. In other words it's glorified Token Ring architecture leftover from the dawn of the internet.

"Token Ring" in a neighborhood means your computer is on a shared party line like it's the fucking 1900's. Comcast/Xfinity can resolve the no-ping issue by assigning each user on their network a unique token. But as soon as the dumb fucks do an equipment replacement or upgrade, their mouth-breathing minimum wage field technicians either don't bother setting up the unique tokens or there's no documentation about them and they don't get set up.

You notice my familiarity with the problem?

I do cybersecurity and probably 15-20 times a year a call gets routed to me from staff who can't connect to our VPN because we require a ping and we limit ping to prevent jackoffs from China, Russia, and North Korea from getting around our geofencing with a VPN.

The staff are ALWAYS on Comcast/Xfinity.

Hope that helps.
