Describe the incident Sorry for the music in the clip, had Spotify up in the background. Witnessed some snipes into uncap. Both appear to have been against those who did not fire from uncap. Was going to ignore it until I saw a second instance of it after they were called out for the first instance in chat.

With this clip, it doesn't tell me for sure if they are a fresh spawn, if they've fired out of uncap, or if they've returned at some point. It fails to prove that the uncap kill was justified or not, and could've been sitting all the way in the back of the uncap.

Typically for uncap related issues, we require video evidence from the victim's perspective or someone next to them which provides that context, and for that we often need to see them spawn in with the start of the clip showing the spawn screen.
