For uncap related incidents, I must be able to see the spawn screen at the beginning of the clip to ensure that you were still protected by our uncap rule.

Not showing the spawn screen but here is the entire video..... ( https://streamable.com/msg70k ) ....The chopper wasn't spawned yet and you can here he was waiting for the chopper behind the building in our spawn. He did this multiple times and was reported multiple times prior.

As much as I'd like to act on this, I really can't. These videos don't tell me what you were doing from the moment of the spawn screen to the start of the clips.
Chat logs also won't tell me the information I truly need to know. It doesn't tell me if the uncap kill was justified or not as per our policy with that.
