Complaint Handled Complaint from americanfat about player Joel803 and D4rk5quareB1shop

If you fire at any point while in uncap, you immediately declare yourself eligible to be attacked. Because there was an occupant in your vehicle who had shot (in which case it was the gunner), you were fair game. You also shot before taking damage from the enemy.

No action will be taken at this time.

I'd also like to add that you were essentially baiting the attack and were located at the rooftop level of the buildings which is a considerable distance from the uncap. This is just straight up silly.

Ok, now I understand the logic of this rule and i will remember your words when some random player is shooting from the base and reports that I am performing uncap.
Thanks for your attention and let's play. :p

Just to ensure that you have a good understanding of the uncap rule, I provided you with this information. Hopefully this helps clarify things for you in case if there was any confusion.

Our uncap rule that we have is to provide players with a form of immunity when they spawn there instead of getting instantly killed or while they wait for a vehicle. There are some criteria however that have to be met in order for this rule to be effective.

1. You lose immunity when you leave the uncap area. Straying away too far vertically (i.e. with a helicopter/jet) essentially deems you as being out of uncap given the distance you travel from spawn. Returning to uncap does not grant you immunity again.
2. Firing or using equipment while in uncap immediately makes you eligible to be shot and killed. You would effectively be engaging the enemy at that point.
3. The team who has control of all captured flags can freely attack the opposing uncap. The moment a flag is neutralized and can no longer be spawned on, all attacks into the uncap must cease unless attacking an eligible opponent (someone who has fired out of uncap).

I typically tell people that it's best to avoid attacking the uncap unless if your team has full control of the map. Not following this concept can lead to you getting punished for something that is easily avoidable. Hopefully this all makes sense.
