Describe the incident He's grifing the team ramming our jets when we try to take off. Happened multiple times in the round.
 
These clips you provided make it impossible to take any action against the player. Let me explain why:

1. Quality is so poor, even my grandparents' bifocals wouldn't even help me out when viewing on a 4K display.
2. Can't make out any usernames in the clips.
3. In the first clip, it's hard to tell if that jeep is still occupied by someone, or if it's empty.

If by some chance it's just imgur adding an absurd amount of compression to the clips, you can try uploading to YouTube and sending a link. Other than that, the current evidence isn't even useful.

It's definitely imgur local files don't look that bad
 
The first clip has nothing of value to go off of. The second clip, while better quality, doesn't prove that they were responsible for driving the jeep to ram the jet since there was another occupant. The name is still difficult to see in the second clip.

No action will be taken at this time.
