Describe the incident Several friendly teammates were planting bombs on me, so that the enemy MAV could detonate them and kill me.

lil_shrinp doesn't appear in the video, so nothing can be done for them.
Additionally, the video doesn't show directly that Step_dadykilledu was communicating with GivingFreeHugs, do you have any more information for the context of them working together?

Actually, little shrimp does appear in the video… He’s the one who planted the bomb on my body that got me killed at the end you can see that he’s in my squad and shows up as green on the mini map. If you slow down the video you can make out his name, as for the daddy guy, I have no further evidence, but I can tell you that he just finished killing me when I started recording. As far as I’m concerned, he should’ve known that he was cooperating with the enemy.

3D temporary ban for lil_shrimp. It does appear that he spawned on you to drop C4 around the 1:00-1:07 mark.
