Describe the incident spawned in uncap on propaganda, watching the train like an autist and got shot (multiple times i only captured it on camera once). i never fired out or spotted (i forgot to record audio so i cant prove the spotting claim unfortunately). Under my belief the rule states they can only fire into uncap if i fired out. will attach the video below.
 
Do you have a longer version of this clip that shows you spawning in to the time of the uncap kill?

Also there was no staff on the server at the time of this occurring...
 
heres the full video from spawn to death. this is recorded after it already happened a few times from other people shooting into uncap, this is just one of the ones i recorded.
 
I need to be able to see the spawn screen in order to confirm that you were in fact protected by our uncap rule. This video fails to show that and I can't truly determine if you had fired beforehand, or if you had spawned on a vehicle that was eligible to be killed.

No action will be taken at this time.
 
fair enough. i only started to record after spawning. ill just start recording 24/7 since /report does nothing in the server and you gotta have an entire documentary to prove uncap killing. delete the post then or whatever it is you guys do
