While there were likely unprovoked uncap attacks taking place, I can't take action on this video. You're sitting a mile away and I can't verify that the enemies involved in the uncap attacks were still protected or not. In the off chance that the enemies killed had fired at some point or returned to the base, this video fails to prove any of that and it'd be wrong if I falsely punish wsMeC_BR. All that is happening here are assumptions being made that the player is attacking the uncap while having players cry in the chat without actually being able to prove that it's unprovoked.
I personally HATE any videos for uncap incidents like this. It lacks SOOOOOOOOOO much information that I need to accurately make decisions on. Unless if you're directly involved or right next to someone who was attacked in the uncap while it was unprovoked, I'll just instantly throw this type of evidence out. It's a waste of my time since I can't prove the following criteria:
1. Did the enemy return to the uncap?
2. Did the enemy fire at all or use equipment from the uncap?
3. Is the enemy all-capped?
