So here's the dilemma I'm faced with regarding this clip. Yes someone clearly shot at you while you were in uncap. Could it have been only JuicyBurrito28 firing at you? Quite possibly.
The part that I have conflicting feelings with however is the fact that you proceeded to return fire before being killed, which means anyone can fire at you and kill you. It may not have been JuicyBurrito28 who actually fired upon you first.
