5 minutes is usually more than enough.
The only complaints that usually require longer are cheating complaints and compaints of players attacking uncap.
If you're going to report someone for attacking your uncap before you've shot out or are all capped, we need to see the entire life to make sure you didn't shoot out or go back in.
