He kept teamkilling, he got kicked and came back in to grief more.
No-S-Shurloch, misspelled his name.
I think he was leaving before hitting the TK kick limit. Regardless of what he was doing, he is definitely not coming back. Plus instead of including a list of his names, you can view his name history at Battlefield Agency (linked below) which is rather indicative of his toxic behavior.
