Describe the incident It takes about 6+ rockets to kill him and his stats are 30.6 k/d with barely anything in weapons. All his kills are in vehicles (mostly tanks).

He's mostly a vehicle whore. Coordinate with a squad of engineers to take time out, a few with rockets makes quick work of any enemy armor.
Without video evidence, it's hard to say. Thanks for bringing this player to our attention though.
