Describe the incident Int TK for chopper, then Griefing by hovering chopper behind uncap bldg. for almost 1 minute and not going to engage, then again Int Multiple TK saying he "did not see us" in the chat.
Note: he did also TK'd (LIXO)RMDorns for the chopper - check his TK count for the round...
