Describe the incident dog plays a whole round (almost), accumulates 2000 points somehow while griefing. stealing amtrac while being repaired, repeatedly. teamkilling

in the beginning of the video he picks up the rocketlauncher that spawns on the ground and does about 50 damage to the amtrac with it. i did not get to see the act, but the blue marked player is the only one there
