Can I get some clarification so I don't needlessly bother you guys; is it that his joke while racist isn't really like a slur, like calling us that slur etc?

I took another listen, I was doing a bunch of reports all at once. Technically I guess it could fall under the no racism rule, but I don't think we police VOIP. I'll take a deeper look into past reports to see if this is the case or not.
