Describe the incident I was fixing the helicopter in my US Uncap and birdie smashes his jet into the american uncap and kills me and takes the helicopter from US uncap.

Stealing vehicles from the enemy uncap is allowed, however you're not allowed to defend yourself while in their uncap.

This only applies when it's a vehicle that has freshly spawned and not previously occupied. Because you returned to the uncap, you were fair game to be killed and the enemy is allowed to steal your vehicle if feasible.
