Describe the incident user intentionally stole my squadmates gunner seat while he was repairing and intentionally refused to get out, also made multiple jokes about "watching tiktok" and "taking a piss" showing this user didn't really care about playing the game but griefing other users.

In the future, try not to take the vehicle out of battle for that long though. It can be seen as you griefing as well.
If it happens again, I would recommend asking and recording it like you did but to continue playing.
