Describe the incident I just spawned in the tank and saw this guy going fast with jeep and c4ing a spawned tank in spawn.
Clearly baseraping on purpose

Your teammate was out of your uncap. Even if your teammate had never left the uncap, there's no true way of telling if they were eligible to be killed from your perspective. It's possible that they could've fired at some point without you knowing.
