Technically this is 100% fair play for two reasons.

1. You shot out of uncap, making you a valid target. Although the timing is pretty much spot on.
2. Your team is full-capped, allowing the other team to shoot into your spawn without repraisal.

Jet-ramming itself is not against the rules, but attacking uncap is in most circumstances. You happened to have two factors that deem it fair play. Thank you for the report!
