Describe the incident So the team was with a few flags but this s2pica80 came up above E and was about to start shooting ppl at uncap from there. hes done it before, since i knew he would do it i came recording just to confirm it...

Do you have a longer version of this clip that shows the spawn screen and you spawning in?

no. i spawned and started my recording. i didnt record it from the spawn screen

he killed me prior from there and i knew he would start shooting at uncap. i spawned and came back out recording and it happened as i predicted. in the start of the video theres me saying exactly what was going to happen, since hes sometimes does this kinda thing, and i predicted it accuratelly.

I understand that, but there's no telling if you used equipment, shot from uncap, or left the uncap and returned from the clip that you provided. Without being able to confirm that criteria, I can't take action on this.
