Describe the incident He TK's me for a second time (only got the second TK0, then goes on about wanting a ban.....
I notice he already has a one week ban based on yesterday. Perhaps it could be extended?

He already received a 1 week temp ban from a report submitted last night for the same round. His next report following his return will more than likely result in a permanent ban.
