Please provide additional context for the first incident, did you blow up the gas tank in spawn? If so, that would’ve made you fair game.

Also, we require the video evidence involving uncap incidents shows from the spawn menu to when the incident occurs. No action will be taken against -I-Left-Right-I- unless you can provide sufficient video evidence.

The above applies to the second incident as well, that is such a short clip that additional video context prior to when the incident occurred would be required to take action. If the pilot or gunner of the attacked had shot while still in spawn prior to the recording, they would be fair game.

Please provide full unedited clips in the future. The longer the better.
