Complaint Handled Complaint from Koshmenk about player DjGrouch

Since others are going to see this, I'll provide the explanation for my actions here before my DMs blow up with a bunch of angry pitchfork-wielded individuals...
A punish point will be issued for the unprovoked uncap attack.
As seen in Kosh's video, there is a missile that narrowly missed the scout helicopter which clearly prompted the need to try and identify the offender. Kosh never fired and really never got too far off the ground. As seen from Grouch's perspective from the video below, you can see the C-RAM firing in a totally different direction than what Kosh was looking at (level flying vs looking up in the air). The tracers not only are firing at an unrealistic angle compared to how Kosh was flying at the time, but the muzzle smoke from the C-RAM was also located below and to the right of the chopper.
This is something that could've easily been avoided, and as I often tell people with uncap scenarios, play the objective first before moving onto the uncap, and be extra cautious of who you're attacking in uncap to ensure that they're eligible to be killed. It's clear that the two objects being referenced can be distinctly identified, and this was careless behavior. This punishment also comes as a result of a handful of complaints for this same behavior as of lately, but this time accompanied with valid evidence that shows the rule violation.
