For uncap related incidents, it is required that evidence shows from when you spawn in to when the incident occurs. Partial clips are not sufficient.

Ok thanks Big, this little guy is highly toxic and got mad because we are flying in the AH mostly. All good though, I will get more data as he will not stop.
