Saying that he has a bad history doesn't say a whole lot. Let me take the time to explain why I took the course of action that I did:
First punishable report was back in 2020 with evidence provided by Frank. Fast forward nearly 4 years later, there's another report with valid evidence of rule violations provided by yourself. Couple months go by and he's being reported for a rule violation with valid evidence again.
Now typically I issue punishments based on our IRO punishment system that we have. If you're unaware of how that works, it goes as follows:
1 Point = Admin Kill
2 Points = Kick from Server
3 Points = 1 Day Temp Ban
4 Points = 7 Day Temp Ban
5 Points = Permanent Ban
Depending on the severity of the incident shown in the evidence brought forth in a report, I will determine the best course of action towards the player if punish points are obsolete. In this instance, it's a single uncap kill in your video doesn't warrant a full blown ban. On top of that, this is the second report within ~4 months of a repeat incident (2nd point issued). This is why I previously stated a ban would follow with the next report against 3Vick.
If you also wanted to make the argument that there are many in game reports against the player, then I've included a screenshot of some of the recent reports against him, and what factors made me decide that a ban wasn't necessary at this time:
While it looks like there are many in game reports against the player, the time frame and frequency just don't make much sense to issue a ban. Often times there are players that are super quick to report the player in game over petty crap. We also require the video footage for most cases because it provides the context to the scenario that we are looking for. Typing "!report 3Vick Attacking Uncap" doesn't say a whole lot. Does it tell us if you fired out first and it was a legitimate uncap kill, or if 3Vick actually violated the rule? No it doesn't...
Simply put, file a forum report with video evidence showing clear rule violations, and we'll handle it based on the information we have available. We'll punish based on facts, not opinion.
